Authorization to Construct
The Chalet Lodge and Restaurant
Wastewater Treatment Plant Additions
McDowell County
Dear Mr. Schwebue:
The final plans and specifications for the subject project have been
reviewed and found to be satisfactory. Authorization is hereby granted for the
construction of additions to a .010 MGD wastewater treatment plant to consist
of effluent disinfection, post aeration and flow measurement facilities.
This is a class I wastewater treatment plant which requires the operator
in responsible charge to hold a valid Grade I Certificate.
This Authorization to Construct shall be subject to revocation unless the
wastewater treatment facilities are constructed in accordance with the conditions
and limitations specified in Permit No. NC0030996.
Also, enclosed is a copy of WPC Form #50 "Cost of Wastewater Treatment
Works." . This form is to be completed and returned to this office within
thirty (30) days after the project is completed.
One (1) set of approved plans and specifications is being forwarded to you.
