Due to the RRO' s facility WWTP inspection, it was determined that Spring Hope no longer has the Coun_ty' s permission to dispose of residuals in the landfill . Currently, Spring Hope has contacted AMSCO (a contractor) about land applying their sludge. d. Other disposal/utilization scheme (Specify) : 3 . Spring Hope, as per their inspection response letter, is currently pursuing a residuals contractor. Therefore, prior permit renewal , Permits and Engineering should require the town of Spring Hope to submit an acceptable sludge management plan.
