COMMENCE CLEARING AND GRUBBING AS REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION OF SEDIMENT CONTROLS AND PERIMETER TREE PROTECTION FENCE. 2. INSTALL PERIMETER CONTROLS AND FINISH CLEARING AND GRUBBING. 3. COMMENCE SITE WORK CONSTRUCTION. ALL EXCAVATION FOR THE STORM DRAIN NETWORK SHOULD BE PLACED ON THE HIGH SIDE OF THE TRENCH. INSTALL INLET PROTECTION AT ALL INLETS AND CONSTRUCT STABLE OUTFALL. COORDINATE ELECTRICAL INSTALL WITH SUS. 4. COMMENCE FINAL SITE STABILIZATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF CHANNEL. CHANNEL SHALL BE STABILIZED WITH SOD PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION OF SWM FACILITY. SEE CG102 FOR DETAILED CHANNEL GRADES. PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION OF ANY SWM FACILITY, ALL AREAS DRAINING TO THE FACILITY MUST BE STABILIZED WITH FINAL PAVING OR PERMANENT VEGETATION. 5. COMMENCE EXCAVATION FOR CONCRETE WORK AND MASS GRADING. 1. CONTRACTOR SHALL USE ENTIRE LIMITS OF DISTURBANCE/ LIMITS OF CONSTRUCTION TO MAINTAIN STOCKPILES. STOCKPILES SHOULD BE MAINTAINED WITH ADDITIONAL SEDIMENT FENCE PER DETAIL 2 THIS SHEET. CONTRACTOR MAY SHIFT AND RELOCATE STOCKPILE LOCATIONS AS NEEDED TO PERFORM MASS GRADING AND EXCAVATION ACTIVITIES. IF PERIMETER FENCE IS IN PLACE, CONTRACTOR MAY INCORPORATE IT INTO THE STOCKPILE SEDIMENT FENCE. 2. PLACE NCDOT #4 STONE AT LOCATION SHOWN TO 6 INCH DEPTH. EXTEND 5 FEET FROM TOE OF EMBANKMENT. THIS STONE SHALL BE PERMANENT. 3. CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL SLOPE PROTECTION MATTING ON SLOPES EQUAL TO OR STEEPER THAN 3:1(HORIZONTAL TO VERTICAL) PER DETAIL 2 SHEET C-505.
