The Division of Water Resources realizes that there is still work being conducted due to
damages that incurred during Hurricane Florence. There have been past inspections
conducted and it has been documented that the liner at the Bayboro Treatment Lagoon is in
noncompliance. Within the next 30 days please let our office know a schedule for the
