Annual Avg Daily Traffic (veh/hr/day): Design/Future: 1400 Year: 2016 Existing: 1400 Year: 2016 General Project Narrative: (Description of Minimization of Water Quality Impacts) This project involves the grading, widening and paving of SR 1329 (Woodville Road). Various culverts and driveway pipes will be replaced throughout the project area. The majority of roadway runoff is conveyed in ditches which have been updated to conform to NCDOT specifications. Project outfalls, especially those into wetland and jurisdictional areas, were verified not to have erosive velocities. If outfall velocity was an issue, the appropriate lining, or outfall protection was employed. There will be a slight increase in the impervious area of the project; however, there is no significant increase in the discharge from the roadway runoff.
