This is a camp ground expansion project located off of NC Hwy 130 (Holden Beach Road) near Holden Beach, NC. Mr. Timco's existing adjacent campground is served by Brunswick County potable water and existing septic tank systems for sewer. County sewer is not being proposed for Mr. Timco's adjacent existing campground. The project will privately maintained and will consist of 107 RV Campsites and 3 washing machines. The project will produce 12,200 GPD of sewerage. Two sewer pump stations are proposed for this project. Therefore, two page 3s are included in the application - one for each pump station. The sewer system for this project consists of 3,916 LF of 8" SDR 35 PVC gravity sewer pipe, 9 LF of 4" C900 DR 18 PVC sewer force main, 939 LF of 2-1/2" SDR 21 PVC sewer force main, 475 LF 1-1/2" SDR 21 PVC force main, Lift Station #1 and Duplex Grinder Pump Station #2. The project is comprised of 74 pull through sites and 33 back in sites for a total of 107 proposed RV campground spaces. There will also be an office with laundry facilities and a comfort station. Sewer Services The proposed sewer system is comprised of 3,916 LF of 8" SDR35 PVC, 939 LF of 2-1/2" SDR 21 PVC, 9 LF of 4" C900 DR18 PVC, 2 duplex grinder station — one that will tie into an existing 18" Brunswick County Force Main along Holden Beach Road. The Force Main pumps directly to the Brunswick County Wastewater Reclamation Plant in Supply, North Carolina.
