Inspection Summary:
On January 14, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Chris Angi on site. During the inspection, the
following items were noted:
1) Housekeeping practices at the loading docks on the southeast and northeast sides of the building has resulted in the
exposure of waste product to precipitation and runoff. The facility staff are directed to review the housekeeping procedures at
the facility and modify them so that this exposure is eliminated.
2) Waste material was observed around the trash compactor, and at the outfall of the storm drain likely located under the
compactor. The facility staff are directed to review the housekeeping procedures at the facility and modify them so that this
exposure is eliminated.
3) Used pallets were observed outside of the facility and exposed to precipitation and runoff. Facility staff are directed to
modify the storage practices to eliminate this exposure.
Please give the above items your immediate attention.
This facility will be re -inspected on or after February 25, 2020. If the above items are not addressed, further action will be
taken.
