A moratorium for hellbender was inadvertently requested by NCDOT for BR-0002, the replacement of Bridge 8 over the
North Fork New River, in Ashe County. NCDOT requests that the moratorium be rescinded from the 401 Water Quality
Certification for NCDWR Project No. 20191658 – NCDOT TIP BR-0002. Let me know if you need additional information.
