Landon Davidson, The following are our plans to address indicated violations and other identified issues in the collection system from the Notice of Violation dated January 08, 2020. Compliance Issues: The Town of Tryon is meeting with Withers & Ravenel on January 21, 2020 to discuss moving forward with the sewer replacement project on Braewick Rd. Even though the project is slated to start during our CIP, the Town wishes to move forward and begin work to expedite the project due to the continuing issues at Braewick. The Town of Tryon has invited Mikal Wilmer to attend the meeting. The Town would also extend an offer to anyone you wish to be in attendance. We have received more quotes to do the dredging and are prepared to go with a $23,500 quote from Spicer On-Call Services out of Gilbert, SC. Our Water Treatment Plant ORC, Greg McCool, is working to recreate the schedule for the backwashing to minimize risk. We are experimenting with days and limiting to one filter instead of two.
