Division of Water Resources' Central and Regional staff has reviewed the application package
received November 14, 2019. However, additional information is required before the review may be
completed. Please address the items on the attached pages no later than the close of business on February
17, 2020.
Please be aware that you are responsible for meeting all requirements set forth in North Carolina
rules and regulations. Any oversights that occurred in the review of the subject application package are
still the Applicant's responsibility. In addition, any omissions made in responding to the outstanding items,
or failure to provide the additional information on or before the above requested date may result in your
application being returned as incomplete.
Please reference the subject application number when providing the requested information. All
revised and/or additional documentation shall be signed, sealed and dated (where needed), with two paper
copies and one electronic copy.

A. Application:
1. Per 15A NCAC 02T .0106(b), the renewal application form must be signed by an authorized signature
authority. An alternate person may be designated as the signing official if a delegation letter is provided
from a person who meets the criteria in 15A NCAC 02T .0106(b).
2. Provide the location and approximate capacity of the "remote reclaimed water storage".
3. Provide the location of the 300,000 gallon storage tank.
B. Site Map & Setbacks:
The maps provided show irrigation spray heads within ponds on the golf course. Also, there appears
to be drainage ditches and a road through the Farm irrigation fields. Irrigation shall only occur on
vegetated areas (no roads, sand pits, or golf cart paths). Verify that all setbacks are met and provide
maps showing the actual wetted perimeter of the irrigation fields.
