The assistance and cooperation of Barry Furr, Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) of Greensboro Terminal I, Jeffrey Neal, ORC of Guilford County Terminal, and Johnny Tapia, Kinder Morgan's Environmental & Safety representative, was greatly appreciated. No discrepancies were noted. Site visit revealed a very clean and well maintained site. Site includes a 5,000 gallon oil/water separator; a 10,000 gallon underground containment storage tank with pump; two above ground storage tanks in series; two carbon filtration units; an in line AMCO flow meter; and earthen containment berms surrounding all ASTs, pumps, and piping; All security fencing and gates were functional and in good condition. Containment berms were in good condition. All observed treatment equipment, pumps, piping, and other appurtenances appear to be in good condition. No concerns were noted. No other comments.
