Inspection Summary:
The permittee has conducted Tier I response for TSS and fecal coliform,but consecutive samples have exceeded the
benchmark limitations and Tier II response is required with monthly sampling. The basin in the back of the landfill near the
construction road had accumulated sediment in the inlet ditch and in the cells of the basin. Both of these measures need to
be cleaned and the inlet ditchline needs to be refreshed. Silt fence needs to be installed in this area-to prevent future •
