This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0086924. On 11-1-2019 a Permit was issued with a compliance schedule for copper. The facility must meet the permitted copper limits by 10-31-2022. April 2019 DMR was spot checked for accuracy. Flouride was reported in ug/I on DMR with the result reported in mg/I. The April 2019 DMR needs to be revised. The facility was found to be compliant with Permit NC0086924.
