Latitude 35.741180 Longitude-81.940582 Proposed work area is on shoreline where there is an existing shoreline stone wall, concrete stairs and concrete slab that has been damaged and has deteriorated over time. Proposed Work Complete work while lake waters are low and not affecting work area. (typically the winter months) Work site will be blocked off from lake using boards as barriers and any water will be pumped out of work area. Old broken concrete will be excavated and removed from site. New slab will be framed out, rebar will be added, and new concrete poured (10' X 25') New stairs will be framed out, rebar will be added, and new concrete installed. Additional concrete and stone will be also added to existing retaining wall to keep it from further deterioration.
