Eric & Rob - Due to both Deanna and Nikki having some non -work related issues, we have been requested to provide
you with the updated information for the R-2828 project. To that end, we are providing the following:
1. The impacts to Site 40 have been updated. Specifically, the 54 LF of impacts to stream SDB, while shown
correctly on the permit drawings, were not included in the impacts. Therefore, we are providing updated
impact tables. PDF "R-2828_ Wetland_ Impact_Summary-3" has the 54 LF of impacts included, and PDF "R-
2828_Wetland_lmpact_Summary-6 totals" is also updated.
2. Stream SDB is NOT on the soil survey or USGS, therefore is not buffered
3. Stream SDB is intermittent
4. Attached is Word doc "R-2828 Revised Table 17 Mod 01 Three Oaks 01-16-20" which now includes stream SDB
and the updated totals. You will also note that we have highlighted all of the intermittent streams and then
tallied the stream impacts types at the end of the table (also highlighted). This was done since the Corps is not
requiring mitigation for any intermittent stream impacts. This change is also highlighted in revised Table 25 and
the verbiage that follows. Please let us know if this information is presented in the format you requested. If so,
we will finalize these documents and remove the highlighting.
5. Attached is Word doc "R-2828 IP Appendix C 01-14-20 Three Oaks" which needed updated due to updating the
impacts to Site 40.
