On August 29, 2019, Joan Schneier of the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR), Water Quality
Regional Operations Section, did a follow-up inspection on the above wastewater treatment after
receiving an email on August 28 that the fence had been fixed. This was in response to my letter of
August 19, documenting the prior inspection on February 15, 2019.
The fence had been repaired over its entire Iength. Assuming that no other problems arose in the
interim, the system was compliant on the date inspected.
