Staff visited the site on November 30, 2004. Several trees are along the immediate shoreline that
probably could be saved if riprap was used rather than the use of allan block for a seawall
construction: Still need to talk to the applicant about changing, don't issue yet.

impact FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) regulated lake shore or bottom under the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers Permit GP30. This Application cannot be used for wetland or stream impacts.
