Good morning Sarah,
Per our call this morning with Robert Tankard, please rescind permit WQ0040970 that was issued June 26, 2019
(attached) for the above referenced pump station. As indicated in an email to Robert, the Town has decided to make
improvements to the existing station is lieu of constructing this new station due to high bid prices received for the new
construction.
Also per our conversation, I understand that a new permit or permit modification is not required due to the extent and
nature of the work proposed to the existing station. Therefore, we are proceeding with the preparation of construction
documents for the work indicated.
