I had a chance to review your revisions and have a few follow-up comments: 1) Sheets C1 and C2 do not reflect the changes to the delineation made on 10/23/2019 (see attached approved delineation sketch and marked up Sheet C1). a. The channel marked by TOB lines on the north side of Lots 50-52, and extending to the parcel boundary was determined to not be a jurisdictional stream; b. There is an additional stream along the north side of the large wetland that is not shown; c. The western boundary of the wetland that occurs just east of Lots 63 and 64 does not reflect the changes made in the field on 10/23/2019. Please make those changes and confirm that the wetland boundaries shown are an accurate survey of the wetland delineation approved on 10/23/2019; Please let me know if you have any questions. -Dave Bailey David E. Please provide the wetland delineation evaluation documentation for areas of the topographic drainage extending into Lots 23 and 24 and immediately west, as well as Lots 1-13. Once we receive this information we will determine if a verification site visit is necessary for this area. If these evaluations find additional areas of potential waters of the US, further evaluate avoidance and minimization of impacts to these resources and updated the project plans accordingly; b. The wetland areas shown from Lots 61-65 and east do not conform with the wetland delineation updated by Pilot Environmental on 10/25/2019.
