Ammonia Total and Nitrogen, Kjeldahl Total. These two parameters are not listed in the current permit
for PPI001.

1V. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS
1540 project may impact facility at a later date.
Four new wells have been installed to aid facility in determining background levels of Fe, Mn, and As. See
permit renewal application for documents relating to the Groundwater Monitoring Plan. Should these
background wells be included in the permit? Should a permit condition be added relating to any data collected
from these background wells?
