Subject: Compliance Bioassay Inspection
Notice of Deficiency: NOD-2019-PC-0251 Plan of Action
Mr. Ori Tuvia,
We have addressed the observations noted in the report from the Water Compliance Inspection
completed at our WWTP on December 3, 2019. Currently we are obtaining quotes for the repairs and
maintenance required on the clarifier and the RAS-WAS pump. Repairs to the clarifier will include the
baffle, the uneven weir and short circuiting, as well as the missing "tooth". The RAS-WAS pump, high
water alarms will be repaired. All repairs are scheduled to be completed the week of July 4, 2020,
during our annual facility shutdown.
We are in the process of developing a critical failure plan for the clarifier. We will have a documented
written plan completed by March 2, 2020.
