Since there is no flow currently assigned the permit to allow us to determine if there is capacity at the plant and within the interlocal agreement, it does not appear that a flow acceptance statement is appropriate at this time. However, we are in agreement to allow the non -discharge permit to be issued for construction of the proposed sewer main as requested, with the understanding that we will have the opportunity to review the proposed wastewater flows from the project and determine if there is adequate capacity in the plant and agreement before a service connection is made. I hope this response is satisfactory to allow the issuance of the non -discharge permit for the construction of the proposed sewer main extension. Robert L.
