The PERCS Unit of the Division of Water Resources has reviewed the request to drop the following
Industries from the list of significant industrial users (SIUs) for Moore County. This drop request
was received by the Division on December 17, 2019.

The review indicates that the SIU has ceased discharge of process wastewater. Therefore, the
SIU drop request is approved based on compliance with 15 NCAC 2H .0907(c) and .0903(b)(34).
