Art is going to call you to discuss your questions.... but here is a little "heads up":
1. All streambank stabilization will be installed above the plain of ordinary high water. Art says for this reason it
will not need to be shown on the impact tables. We will note this on the construction plans. Do you need this
shown on the permit drawings?
2. Native material eliminated. We will revise the permit drawings and construction plans.
3. Do not foresee any impacts. Contractor will more than likely use sheet piling for their impervious dikes.
4. 84 inch. Permit drawings revised.
I've attached revised permit drawings. I've also attached the culvert construction sequence from the construction plans
FYI.
Thank you for your help!

The application for the proposed subject project was received on December 20, 2019. Prior to the issuance of the 401
Water Quality Certification the below additional information is requested.
1. Please ensure that all streambank stabilization is annotated on the impact summary sheet.
2. The plan sheet indicates that native material will be filled in the culvert. This is not required and often not
recommended to minimize any adverse water quality impacts downstream. Please indicate if pre -charging is
necessary for construction purposes.
3. Are there impacts to Jordan Creek due to dewatering methods, such as diking upstream and downstream? If so,
please include these impacts on the impact summary sheet.
4. Please provide the dimensions of the temporary pipe used for dewatering.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
