Prior to the issuance of the 401 Water Quality Certification the below additional information is requested. 1. Please ensure that all streambank stabilization is annotated on the impact summary sheet. 1 2. The plan sheet indicates that native material will be filled in the culvert. This is not required and often not recommended to minimize any adverse water quality impacts downstream. Please indicate if pre -charging is necessary for construction purposes. 3. Are there impacts to Jordan Creek due to dewatering methods, such as diking upstream and downstream? If so, please include these impacts on the impact summary sheet. 4. Please provide the dimensions of the temporary pipe used for dewatering. Please let me know if you have any questions. April R.
