The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on
September 20, 2019. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey
requirement for Lagoonl (new section) at Mt. Olive Livestock facility. Due to the amounts of
treatment volume available, the Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until
December 31, 2024 for Lagoonl (new section) only.
The next sludge survey for Lagoonl at Mt. Olive Livestock should be performed before
December 31, 2024. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records for reference.
