Dear Ms.Jarrell:
It has come to the Division's attention that Charlotte will not be renewing its membership in the Yadkin-Pee Dee River
Basin Association(YPDRBA). Per terms of the subject NPDES permit, instream monitoring was provisionally waived as
long as CMU maintained membership in YPDRBA. Since membership will expire end of June, CMU will need to restart
instream monitoring for dissolved oxygen and temperature according to permit terms, beginning July 2011. If you have
