Box 765 Creedmoor,NC 27522 Subject: City of Creedmoor Flow Reduction Request Granville County Dear Mr. Mercer: On June 8, 2009,the Pretreatment, Emergency Response and Collection Systems (PERCS)Unit received a flow reduction request for future connections to the City of Creedmoor's sewage collection system. Additional information was received on June 12, 17 and 18. The letter requests an allowable flow rate of 256 GPD per residential customer based on the evaluated data from the WWTP and water usage data. The City of Creedmoor's wastewater is treated by the SGWASA WWTP (NC0026824). The DMR data for the WWTP between March 2008 and February 2009 was analyzed by central office staff. The highest flow month for the WWTP was September. Based on the data the Division hereby grants a reduction in flow to 88 gpd/bedroom(minimum of 176 gpd for 1 and 2 bedroom residences)for sewer extension permits issued for Creedmoor's collection system tributary to the SGWASA WWTP.
