On Sept 4, 2019, a compliance inspection was conducted at the Chris Deal Farm, facility 71-89, in Pender County. During
the inspection, the following non -compliant issues were noted. For the reasons listed below, this facility is being referred
to Wilmington Regional Office.
1. Failure to secure waste analysis for irrigation events from 6/2/19-8/3/19.
2. Failure to use approved IRR-2 forms
3. Lagoon freeboard levels and rainfall events were not recorded.
The producer was given the correct forms and instructed on proper use.
