GENERAL INFORMATION:
GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION:
• AT, LTMP, HWA, SUO, IWS and Permits are up to date, All Dates on the Division's
Database Program Info Sheet are correct.
• ERP updated to include Dental Amalgam Rule. Emailed to Central Office 12/31/2019.
• A copy of our Program Info sheet is enclosed with corrections.
GENERAL PERMIT INFORMATION:
• SIU Permit#0001, Century Hosiery permit expired December 31, 2019.
• Permit renewed, decreased copper and zinc allocation. See allocation table enclosed.
• No new or Name Changes at any Sills
• Changed Pretreatment Coordinator email on data base sheet.
