Dear Mr. Hothem:
This is in reply to your email on January 2, 2020 with Subject "DEQ Response to
Certification Request submittal". The design engineer's certification for the subject
project is not available as requested. As an alternative for project administrative
closeout, I offer the following:
Permittee Statement
I, the undersigned agent for the Permittee, Greenville Utilities Commission, hereby
state that to the best of my knowledge, this project has been constructed pursuant
to the applicable standards&requirements of the Permit No. WQ0022868 issued
for the WilliamsBrook, Section 2 project and the Permittee is presently operating
and maintaining the wastewater collection system in accordance with the
conditions of the Permit. Per our records, the permitted system was placed into
service in March of 2004. The system has exhibited normal operations with typical
maintenance procedures.
