Tim is still the hub for permit renewals, so he is getting them and sending them to county folks for comment (he accidentally sent me this one), the county person then responds back to Tim with comments and he will send them back to the permit writer. I have attached the delegation of signatory authority form for John Blackburn (which needs to be signed by Alan Burchell). Alan is listed as the permittee in BIMS. Robert Barr already has signatory authority in BIMS (he is the eDMR Submitter). You can use this same form when Dan DuBreuil starts on November 1 if he will need signatory authority. Again this will need to be signed by Alan Burchell the permittee. HOWEVER Linville Resorts is registered for e-DMR, so they may need to update that signatory authority. I've copied Michele Scott — who handles our eDMR registrations — to see if she needs more info from the facility. (Michele — let us know if we need further info from the permittee.) Craig Autry is no longer employed by Linville Resorts, Inc. 2. Alan Burchell currently holds the position of Construction Manager. 3. We have not used Scott Vasgaard since March, 2017. 4. Robert Barr of RPB Systems replaced Scott Vasgaard in March, 2017. 5. Linville Resorts, Inc. is the owner and always has been. Either our General Manager or Construction Manager signs on behalf of the corporation. John M. Blackburn is currently our general manager, but he is retiring on October 31, 2019. As of November 1, 2019, the new GM will be Dan DuBreuil. I am not sure this could be more complicated, but currently, John Blackburn, Alan Burchell and Robert Barr should have permit signature authority. Please feel free to call, if you have questions. I am happy to help and put everything in correct order. Thank you. Marcye Marcye I. 011is Executive Assistant Linville Resorts, Inc. The Eseeola Lodge at Linville Golf Club P.O. DocuSign Envelope ID: 70227D62-9FE5-4DB5-8145-3B26CE9DE2CB Our systems indicate that three people have permit signature authority (Owner — Craig Autry, Robert Barr, and Scott Vasgaard — ORC), but the application was signed by John Blackburn and Alan Burchell. Has there been a change in ownership or responsibilities? If so, we need to be aware of the changes so there are no future issues with electronic reporting.
