Ms. McCoy,

I received the annual invoice today for CMC Rebar Raleigh which we closed and sold its property last year. We submitted
the notice of termination for the permit on November 12, 2019 and the DEQ Mail Center received it on November 15,
2019. Attached is a copy of the Invoice 2020PR000142, The USPS green card and a copy of the Notice of
termination. Can you verify that the invoice has been canceled and the permit has been closed. If you are not the
correct person for this issue please let me know who is.
