I,the undersigned agent for the Permittee,Town of Tarboro,hereby state that to the best of my
knowledge,this project has been constructed pursuant to the applicable standards and
requirements of the Permit No. WQ0024737 issued for the Crawley Oil Company project and the
Permittee is presently operating and maintaining the wastewater collection system in accordance
with the conditions of the Permit. Per our records,the permitted system was placed into service
in August 2006.
