See attached vicinity, soils, and USGS topo maps for location of the unapproved waste site. N 36.14782 W 78.50942 This location is on
a ridge line mapped has have non-hydric soils (RwC) rock outcrop. This site is over 500ft west from the nearest mapped feature shown
on the soil survey.

I've been forwarded this ICA from Roadside for Bridge 25 on SR 1203 in Franklin County. DWR project 20180031.
Could you please give us more info about where this material was dumped?
Preferably, a map showing where this private parcel is, and showing the proximity/distance to wetlands, streams,
buffers ---in order to verify that there are no 404/401 violations?
