NC Department of Transportation has deposited monies with the Sponsor sufficient
to acquire 670.00 Stream Mitigation Credits from the Bank for use on projects in
HUC 03020201 of the Neuse River Watershed per Contract 47700002005.
2. The Sponsor has deducted 670.00 Stream Mitigation Credits from the Bank's credit
ledger in HUC 03020201 of the Neuse River Watershed.
A copy of the Bank's Credit ledgers reflecting the above transaction are attached to this Certificate.
