Mitigation Bank (Hannah Bridge Site) hereby certifies the following:
1. NC Department of Transportation has deposited monies with the Sponsor sufficient
to acquire 846.90 Stream Mitigation Credits from the Bank for use on projects in
HUC 03020201 of the Neuse River Watershed per Contract #7700002005.
2. The Sponsor has deducted 846.90 Stream Mitigation Credits from the Bank's credit
ledger in HUC 03020201 of the Neuse River Watershed.
A copy of the Bank's Credit ledgers reflecting the above transaction are attached to this Certificate.
