hereby verify that I am authorized to approve the sale of compensatory mitigation credits to the North
Carolina Department of Transportation from the Falling Creek Umbrella Mitigation Bank —Grantham
Branch Site owned by Wildlands Holdings III, LLC.
I further verify that on July 20, 2018, Wildlands Holdings III, LLC sold and transferred 412.35 of released
Stream Mitigation Units to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
