I, Shawn D. Wilkerson, as Manager of Wildlands Holdings III, LLC, and in my capacity as Manager, do
hereby verify that I am authorized to approve the sale of compensatory mitigation credits to the North
Carolina Department of Transportation from the Falling Creek Umbrella Mitigation Bank— Falling Creek
Mitigation Site owned by Wildlands Holdings III, LLC.
I further verify that on July 31, 2017, Wildlands Holdings III, LLC sold and transferred 3,548 of released
Stream Mitigation Units to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
