and hereby issue this Letter of Plan Approval if any modifications, performance reservations, or recommendations are

As of April 1, 2019. all new conslruction activities are required to complete and submit an electronic Notice of InteM
(NCII) form requesbrV a Certificate of Coverage (COC) under the NCGO10000 Construction Stormwater General
Permit. This form MUST be submitted pnor to 9* commencement of any land disturbing activity on 1^e above named

NOI Form, a COC wWl be emailed to you within thros business days. Initially, DEMLR will not charge ■ fee for
coverage under the NCG01 permit. However. as of August 1, 2019, a j100 fee will be charged arirwally. This fea Ls to

Lincoln County's Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance is performance -oriented, requiring protection of
exishn0 natural resources and adjoining properties If, Wowing tine commencerinent of this project, vw Soil Erosion and
Sedimentation Control Plan is inadequate to meet the requirements of the Sedimentation Pollutior Control Act of 1973
(North Carolina General Statute 113A-51 thronh 66) and LinoWn County Sod Erosion and Sedimentation Control
Ordinance Section 9(d), this office may require revi&ons to the plan and implementation of the ?evisions to insure
compliance with the Act.
Acceptance and approval of this plan is conditioned upon your compliance with Federal and Stale water quality
taws, regulations, and rules. In addition, local city or county ordinances or rules may also apply to this land -disturbing
activity This approval does not supersede any other permit or approval
