Inspection Summary
I recommend that NCGNE1364 be denied, as the steam producing plant is actively producing steam. The fuel is poultry
litter. The facility is still under construction with a lot of traffic. The ground is bare and without BMP measures. NCGNE1364
is therefore denied.
The NCG060399 permit also submitted for the facility is required, and I recommend the permit be issued for the operation of
this facility.
If after several permit cycles, the data collected supports that a no exposure condition does exist, the no exposure
exclusion from NPDES SW Permitting may be requested to be reviewed at that time.
