In fact this COC holder did owe fees by the end of October, 2018... along with two others that also owed then. However, none of these three were on the fees owed report we ran back in September 2018 (attached) to send letters to, and so they were omitted in the mail merge for that correspondence. Because they showed up later on the list of COCs that "still owed fees," their COCs were not renewed in BIMS. Basically, they didn't owe until after we tried to get permittees to pay up past fees, so they missed out on a courtesy notice before the renewal left them behind as unpaid. .------ .........III-r.....I....J 111 111-6-I I —I.....—I -I _Jr -6...... NCG030613 appears paid up now, so the COC can be renewed in BIMS. Please advise them to contact Suzanne for a renewal COC for their industrial permit. There is an email I sent to Brandon Wise at the WSRO about this COC and some others in the same situation last August; see the Laserfiche file. NCG030611 still has overdue fees and remains expired. NCG030612 is paid up and is active in BIMS now. It was revised in the data table for on-line COCs at a subsequent time, and the permittee obtained an active renewal COC in December 2018 (In Laserfiche). I hope this helps provide guidance! BIMS says that their COC is expired, although they are paid up on all of their fees. Is this because they didn't go online and request an updated COC when we renewed the GP? As far as I know this shouldn't affect my ability to issue the permit, but I figure this is a good time to give them guidance on how to get back into compliance with their NPDES permit.
