We find the application to be acceptable and hereby issue this letter of approval. If any stipulations or recommendations are applicable, a list is attached and is incorporated as a part of this letter of approval. Pursuant to Section 3.8.5 o/'lhe Durham City -County Unified Development Ordinance, plans fipr which no permit has been issued shall expire one year from the approval data. Please be advised that a copy of the approved plan must be on file at the job site, and a land - disturbing permit must be obtained and prominently displayed. Pursuant to G.S. 113A-61 (d) and Section 15.5.1 o/'lhe Durham City -County Unified Development Ordinance, you are hereby notified that the Sedimentation and Erosion Control Office has the right to inspect the site over the lifi? ol'the protect to insure compliance with the approved plan and ordinance. The Sedimentation and Erosion Control Program is performance oriented, requiring protection of the natural resources and adjoining properties. If following the commencement of this project it is determined that the sedimentation and erosion control plan is inadequate to meet the requirements of the Durham City -County Unifici Development Ordinance, this office may require revisions in the plan and its implementation to ensure compliance with the Ordinance:. This form MUST be submittal prior to the commencement of any land disturbing activity on the above -named project. The NOI form may be accessed at deq.nc.g0 v/NCGOI I. Please direct questions about the NOI farm to Annette Lucas at Annette.lucasQuedenngov or Paul Clark at Paul.clark rt7ncdenr.gov. After you submit a complete and correct NO] Form, a COC will he emailed to you within three business days. There is a $100 annual fee tar coverage. This fee is to be sent to the DEMLR Stormwater Central Office staff in Raleigh. Title 15A NCAC 41i .0118(a) and the NCGOI permit require that the following documentation be kept on the at the job site: 1. The approved I &SC plan as well as any approved deviation. 2. The NCGOI permit and the COC, once it is received. 3. Records of inspections made during the previous 30 days. It should also be noted that approval of an erosion control plan does not in any way indicate approval of, or authorization to begin installation of Stormwater infrastructure without City/County approved Construction Drawings.
