WATER QUALITY SECTION According to the city's stormwater management office, there is a "draw" that runs parallel to the south property line and then cuts into the rear of the property. It has not been identified. She suggests I contact you and the corps to see about the possibility of piping. Can you tell me what is needed in order to build on this lot and also what kind of buffer area would be required? Thank you so much for your help. We are trying to determine how much of it is usable for this purpose, given the water at the rear of the property. Can this water be piped? Can any of this area in the rear third of the lot be filled? If so, what kind of buffer would be required? What other restrictions would apply? If the water must remain "as is" (not piped) what kind of use(s) would be plausible? What restrictions would apply? How close could a home be constructed?
