This letter is to acknowledge than a Sanitary Sewer Overflow 5-day report was submitted for incident number
201901325 that occurred on August 3, 2019. The Notice of Violation that was sent for this spill (dated October
28, 2019) incorrectly stated that a 5-day report was not received. A response was received from Aqua on
December 2, 2019. The Notice of Violation remains effective for the spill, but no further action is planned at this
time.
