Please find enclosed the application package for the proposed Glen Meadow Phase 2 Residential
Subdivision project located within the town limits of Angier. The package includes the following
items (original and one copy):
• Fast Track Sewer System Extension Application (FTA 04-16)
• $480 check for application fee
• Flow Tracking/Acceptance Form (FTSE-04-16)
• USGS Map showing project location
• Google Earth Map showing project location
As part of this project, the Town of Angier sanitary sewer system will be extended to serve twelve
(12) new residential single family properties (Lots 1-3 of this project will be served by the existing
sanitary sewer). This project entails installation of approximately 609 LF of 8-inch line (gravity) and
three (3) manholes. The proposed sanitary sewer extension will connect to the existing Town of
Angier sewer main at an existing manhole.
