Magellan currently operates the current water pollution controls systems:
• Oil/Water separator (servicing stormwater runoff from fuel loading rack areas). Any
petroleum product from this system goes back into a petroleum storage tank. Any water
from this system goes to a dedicated petroleum contact water tank and is sent to a
reclamation service via vacuum truck.
• Manually operated discharge valves (normally closed, a point source to discharge
stormwater and city water used for washing and/or hydrostatic testing.
• Ethanol off-loading skid—secondary containment with a drain and automated valve
(point-source discharge—activated in the event of product loss)
