Concerning the NOVs for May, June and August I really dont have much to offer other than we made a mistake as
operators. I hired a new operator to relieve some pressure on operations staff, the guy lived in Corolla, possessed a North
Carolina Grade 4 Wastewater licence, it was a perfect fit.
The fact that he had a grade 4 licence turned out to only mean that he knew it all, not that he would be willing to relearn
operations strategy to successfully navigate the radical flow increases that occur in Corolla.
The operator was relieved of his position mid August. With supervision the plant was able to correct and meet the permit
limits the month of July and when left with the option (lessened supervision) the operator reverted back to his failing
strategy and as the numbers reflected the results of his operational choices he was terminated.
Not sure where that leaves us but the problem was identified and corrected we will be moving another operator ro Corolla
summer 2020 but that operator will be a company developed operator.

Thanks I will prepare a response next week, I'll probably end up paying for this because my only answer is going to be
that I hired an operator who with all of his licences and qualifications turned out to be an idiot I fired him in late July and
here we are. I really thought we were going to be able to work some of these out but I guess not.
