RPB Systems, Inc. is the contract operations firm, which operates this facility. As outlined in your November 25, 2019 letter attached, the treatment plant exceeded the daily BOD limit of 45 mg/1 on 9/5/19 with a BOD 110 mg/L, which resulted in a monthly average of 42.45 mg/L above the 30 mg/L limit. With any abnormal results or visual observations we make air adjustments, waste sludge, and add soda ash to raise pH levels as part of our work at the WWTP. We have had several BOD spikes due to unknown source. We continue to collect extra samples and work with school board to see if any cleaning chemicals are causing the issue. The missing Ammonia nitrogen sample not sampled was due to operator error and is fault of RPB Systems. I trust you will call if you have any further questions or concerns. Robert Barr P.O.
