Echota IV The Summit at Echota

Dear Mr. Farkas:
On behalf of the Owners, please find enclosed the following items which have been
revised/added per your Request for Additional Information in a letter dated December 10, 2019:
➢ One Revised State Stonnwater Permit Application, page 3, Section IV, #6, #7 and #10.
➢ Two copies each, revised drawings sheets C-101, C-102, C-103 and C-501.
➢ One original seal and signature Supplemental EZ Form.
➢ One revised O&M Agreement to include previous phases.
➢ One Revised USGS Topo snap to include pervious phases.
Please accept this letter as addressing page 1, section II, #lb. of the application pertaining to the
designer's certification of permit number SW4070701 issued July of 2007. McGill Associates
has made a check of the existing built upon area using aerial photography, past CAD drawings of
the property, property visits and Owner's verifications, to confirm that the approved built upon
areas were constructed within substantial intent of the approved plans and specifications which the
permit was based on.
Also, you have asked for the name and contact information of the person providing verification of
no wetlands within the Echota IV project parameters:

The following are line by line responses to your comments:
1. Please accept this letter as the designer's certification for completed phases.
2. See revised plan sheets. The design features have been revised to use grass swales to the
maximum extent feasible.
3. Surface waters have been estimated and the Total Project Area has been reduced by the
total surface water area. (See revised application sheet page 3 and plan sheet C-101.
4. See revised #10 page 3 of the application.
5. The original signed Supplement-EZ is attached. All phases of Echota are included, and also
for the O&M.
6. See attached USGS map showing all four phases of the Echota properties.
7. The bearings and distances are now given.
8. BUA has been dimensioned on the revised sheets.
9. Note the third paragraph of this letter.
10. The proposed curb outlets have been eliminated. The soil survey map and report (see
attached), shows the water table for the soils within the project area, the grassed swales, to
be of depths greater than 6 feet. This has also been the case for soil borings conducted on
site.
11. The LLC's are under the same parent company, see attached.
12. The project area will not be subdivided. The land ownership will remain under the LLC.
13. The property at buildings 1 through 4 is under the same ownership. (See attached).
14. PDF's of the enclosed documents have been uploaded to the designated web -site indicated
in #14 of your letter and hardcopies are being transmitted by Fed Ex.
